Welcome to Cornsett Setters...

After considerable research and deliberation Mariglen Candle in the Wind was purchased by my father as a present for me from her breeder Jane Dennis.

I had several conversations with Jane surrounding purchasing a puppy to show and to possibly breed from in the future. I viewed the whole litter on more than one occasion, Mariglen Candle In The Wind aka Enya was the puppy of my choice which Jane entrusted into my care.

As she handed her to me when we made our journey from Jane’s house to her new home, Jane quietly whispered ‘look after her’. I have done this to the best of my ability to date and have enjoyed learning about this wonderful breed as well as dipping my toes into the world of showing.

Knowing that in the future I hoped to breed from Enya the affix ‘Cornsett’ was chosen in memory of my late father Kenneth Corn who helped me not only onto my pathway of owning and showing an English Setter but more importantly purchased for me a wonderful companion who is never far from my side.
